Managers are salaried so they get paid 52 weeks a year. Some work too much and don't get/take time off. Others take off or don't work way more than they should. There or not they still get paid. Some are martyrs, some are thieves and steal time.

My managers take a lot of vacations too. Maybe HO doesn’t pay them for their unused PTO?

Will they be rotating between the weeks and weeks of vacation days off .I've never seen Managers take so much time off and get paid for it ..while we work our asses off . SOMETHING WRONG WITH THAT !!!!!

All Managers will rotate every 3 months. They keep the same schedule for 3 months, then rotate.

Structure is that one coach of each area is mostly closing, the others are mostly opening. This will vary of course when vacation coverage is needed, off site meetings and training etc. While not a total block schedule, there will be mostly opening And mostly the same closing coaches.

I don't know if ours had too, or they just wanted to, but front end coach will do all openings and floor coach who use to be an awful GM from a closed club, will always be closing. They each are happy.
