Contractors are asked to use their own phones for conference calls - even though their phones have been hacked.
Is this how WF deals with risk mitigation?

The person who is unable to understand risks by using non/secured phones. - is an example of the problem
When video equipment was stolen from San Francisco it turned out the security guard did it - on camera.

The biggest security risk are the security staff inside the organization I knew some of them were embezzling and engaged in s-xual harassment in Community Banking. And they knew nothing about security and were demoted into those roles or brought in without any prior knowledge and had criminal records to boot.
They're asking contractors to work remote I see and using their own cell phones to join conference calls I see. What is the risk of using your cell phone to make calls they're not asking you to store data onto your phones.
