I have had nothing but problems using it once I used it, it still causes an occurrence and then you have to basically beg a manager to take it off! So whatever happened to five courances in the system basically firing you LOL doesn't happen at our club.

Man that really stinks about your PPTO issues. If you would like, I could try to walk you through it.
The first thing you do is go on to the Wire and go to the “me” tab. This will take you to the ME main page. On that page, you select “my schedule”. After locating your schedule, you show up each day that you are scheduled at the time you are scheduled. That last time on the screen is the time you clock out each of those days. And that is how you handle using PPTO issues, you come to work when you are suppose to.
Hell at this point they can’t afford to let anyone go. We constantly have long lines and this sh-- 2 people per register is a joke. Why not let the members unload and pack lines would move much quicker.
In Q2 they are working to automate the attendance t auto-approve when the exact amount of PPTO is put onto an occurrence time frame.
Nope another policy fails . Management goes in there and approves the lates & call in for their friends .
Yea people have more than 5 and they are still here .
People misread the schedule and come in late management approves it . So again another policy that management controls ,
I am sure they can also work the block scheduling how they want also
Team leads have not been trained to help their associates use their protective pto they don't even know how to use it. S---s they have time and have no idea how to put it in
Well I have prooff 7 points 5 points and they are still there. So I say try and get me... They are not being consistent. What.?!! Fire the ones you don't want keep the others??
It’s 5 points not occurrences, some are a half point.
Honestly not knowing what other people have for ppto and other things it’s pointless to try and track them.
