You are not getting laid off. You are just losing your job. You will not get unemloyment. It;s cut and dried you will not get a penny from Sam's.

The schedule had been changed we have three openings and two closing every week with rotating off days your GM should have had a meeting with all fresh leads.

In my club the Merchandising Service Leads have two choices. 3pm to11:30 or 4am to 12:30. We had block scheduling when this first rolled out a few weeks ago, but now our days off are rotated every 4 weeks, which means it is NOT block scheduling, I absolutely hate it. We have 2 weeks where our days off are together, and 2 weeks where they are split, then it repeats. Or we have 3 weeks with split days and one weekend off. We WERE going to have the same days off each week but not now, All because people wanted weekends off. Well I hope that the people who complained about not having weekends off are happy with this mess that they created.

Our hours are 6 to 230 or 1to 930. Rotating days off. The 2 days off are not together. You do get one weekend off a month. You close 2 nights a week

In our club, full time produce shifts are 5-1:30 or 1-9:30. As for days off, we got to select our preferred days off, but weren’t guaranteed those days because they need to make sure the needs of the business are met.
