How many or willing to call in on 6-22 to protest these changes you call c-ap or you just going to keep coming on here and venting and complaining. The company gave you a job and they are looking out for the best interest of the members which is why you have a job in the first place and of course the share holders . One point will not get you fired and if you use PPTO it wont even count against you but of course no one has the balls to call in. I know this because you are working at Sams because its been a cake walk and really no accountability and that will change come 6-22. Your free ride is over and no one is willing to stand up for what you think you are entitled to and in reality the only thing this company owes you is a paycheck when you work. Keep crying about how mistreated you are and do nothing and then the next round of changes you will come on here again complaining all because you feel mistreated. Our company started a belt program and was willing to pay you what you think you deserve but as soon as we need something in return for the members benefit the tears start rolling. Leave ,go, bye and watch how easy you will be replaced and I know some of you think you are not replaceable but sit back and watch how easy you will be. Hint Hint you are working in a retail store that requires very little experience and have no degree so run along. Again alot of talk and crying but NOT ONE PERSON ON HERE CRYING WILL CALL IN ON 6-22

The lack of involvement by some CM has been discerning. Rotating CM should have continued, in my opinion. Fresh eyes, fresh energy. New ideas that involved the rank & file had always been a moral booster for employees who really took a vested interest. CM, in some stores I've visited show no concern for moral. Witnessed an employee attempt to discuss a concern with their unit with supply shortages. CM looked the employee in the eye, turned & began walking away while the employee was talking. A re-boot is definitely needed.
Have no skills? Go back to school. Technical, vocational etc. to better your skill set. Have viable skills? Submit apps for better paying jobs with better benefits, better scheduled off days. Flood the job market with 10-20 applications per week. Watch your results. Walmart Corp is a snowball rolling downhill that has already gained momentum, in my opinion. Can't stop it. But, you can get out of the way.

There are a few manager and team leader comments. Every Associate employed by Walmart, Inc., which includes Sam's Club, Dot Com, DC's etc., knows the company views on organized labor. Everyone who calls out on June 22nd, whether you use protected PTO, sick, etc., will most likely be terminated. It will be received as an organized labor threat and be neutralized; hence you are terminated. No benefits, zip you are gone with nothing. If you do not need your job; go ahead and call out on June 22nd., but you might check to see if the state you are in is a "Right To Work" state.
The best interest of the members? What a crock. Our club has on a average 2 check stands open at all times. This is ridiculous. Today we had only one floor partner, one!!!! And managers??? Well you can never find one. Member service is slowly going down the tubes. Members complain, they cannot understand why the lines are so long. Stupid changes. I feel for all who have been impacted by the "Block Scheduling"....My advice try to find employment elsewhere. The people on here are not stupid. I cannot believe how cruel some of you are on this post.
What a pompous jerk 1idh. Your a typical Sams manager Ahole. Must be a CM that’s still drinks the Kool aid. I’m at WM and a manager and we have even more issues with the way HomeOffice treats their people. To the vendor that’s wondering what’s going on, this is every day behavior of our associates and getting worse. Sams is done within a few years and WM is going mostly online and OGP. Don’t need associates just robots and computers. Sad but it’s the future. It’s not personal it’s just retail future.
No one said walk out Einstein I believe he said no one would call in on that day. They cannot fire you for calling in for 1 day unless that will put u at 5 points.

about that belt program that was "started". Is it going to be finished or is it still "coming soon" as it has been for over a year now? In my club, meat had the opportunity to get the orange belt and no other department has even started. Touting the "belt program" is probably not your best move here--just sayin. The belt program seems to be stagnant. The Vine reps. have no new information to pass along about it. I think the silence about the belt program (crickets chirping) speaks loudly. Maybe that program was retired when G herself retired. It was nice of them to make the promise of the belt program--would be even nicer if they fulfilled that promise.
Or do like I did and go find a better job. I can't believe I use to sit and complain about this place the same way. I finally walked away. I am so much happier. I will never work for Sam's or Walmart again. Ever
