Does the leadership know that the patience of employees is running out and many will go for other jobs, even lesser paying ones, just so they don’t have to take all the c-ap at Sam’s. Does the leadership relay want sams to become a company were the only people that are working there are the ones that don’t have a choice?

Way up top(someone) is making all these changes with an agenda in mind, for their own selfish reasons. My question is do they realize they are putting its founder's name in shame? Do they not read their own posters that were created to be put on the walls of the club? "Listen to your employees they are YOUR BEST GENERATORS! Maybe then they need to face the reality that A HAPPY EMPLOYEE IS A GOOD EMPLOYEE! WAKE UP WALMART/SAMS CLUB! Not looking good!
