Should be a union job. There is no reason why it's not. Call center sales and service are so are technicians. It makes no sense not to.

It’s hilarious how upset you all are that IHX accounts for well over half of all wireless growth despite being 10% of the workforce. There is a reason you lazy, bitter techs and store personnel are disappearing.
We have a union??
IHX is only a play for a few years before it will be shut down. When satellites are replaced by self installed devices the will be no need for IHX. I now this for a fact.
Within 5 years, the old timers will have retired and the CWA will fold. No one will be left to hand over the free money for "Union Activities" Only 7% of US workers are in a union anyway, and that % is dropping. Workers are tired of giving their hard earned money away
why are they called in home experts when unless they are former techs, have no idea how at&t products and services work ?
IHX starting to sell vacuum cleaners door to door next month....they’ll sell your gramma 2 of them even though she already has one for that $5 commission.....
The workers can organize and vote on joining a union. It is up to the workers doing this in-home work.

I agree 100%. I would further say Prem Slaves and DTV Slaves and all our overseas slaves need a union also.
T wants to get rid of Union that’s why positions like IHX were created
there is a NOC in my building staffed entirely by managers. its the future, or something.
