Everything that "they" are doing is pushing customers away from stores

We have no traffic...but yet "they" still want you to hit astronomical numbers

What is the plan? With the F is happening? Let us know what direction we are going, it seems like everything is a big secret!!

Sick of all the Kool aid that "they" are drinking and spewing out , morale s---s and this is not a fun place to work anymore !!

Yes. Great idea. Pay union dues and get kicked to the curb anyways. Nothing can save the demise of the cell phone shop, a obsolete relic from the 1990's. Not even the union. Adapt or die! Find a new line of work or go down with the sinking ship.

Just look for another career. This job is a dead end. No work life balance, I can't enjoy weekends with my family and kids. They have all their memories without me. I get home and they're being put to bed already. It's sad. I'm already leaving. This place is for gullible people who will believe all the stuff they spew at meetings. You may have the best metrics but not perform well in one and they talk about you not doing much and why are you that way. Like is it life or death if you are a tad bit under 80 percent Tmp or Hum is not sold but have tons of jetpacks and tablets. Nothing is ever enough. I mean I know many sm and gms that avoid going home by taking their sweet time to close the damn store that allows me to go home later "shocker". FML

I don’t do smart set up 80% of the time and not going to. Traffic is slow and i generally sell more after the initial transaction just by connecting with them and helping them

Let’s vent!!

So company puts all these things in place to eliminate customers from stores , so stop ramming RIS down my throat saying it’s controllable!! It’s not!! when you put $40 upgrade fees and set ups at home and than you expect the customer to give the rep a 10 score? Cmon get your head out of your a$$!!

Most verbatim is because of set up at home!! So what you DM’s are asking the the reps to do is to cover your a$$es for the stupid decisions that you make??

Hate this company

• work / life is non existent !!

• my job is not to be on “spark” all day long

• no I will not answer my phone or pay attention to what’s going on in my store on my days off

• numbers are unattainable for majority of reps

• majority of reps are making little money

• morale is low, and we fake smile when visits happen.
