Over the past couple weeks has anyone been asked to provide a description of their role to be presented to Executive Leadership? Can’t help but think why they would need that and I surely hope my assumption is wrong. I know our plan had a few that had to do it but curious if there are others..

Uh, I’d start looking for a job, dude. No one gets asked that unless the LEAN 6 Sigma people are looking to eliminate or consolidate your role. Seriously. If you want to stick around this Insane place, I would elsaborate the heck out of that statement before I gave it to them.
Yes, or team was asked AGAIN to provide a summary of our role.
I just really miss our fallen brothers. Things would be much better if they were still here. Let’s not forget that. Let’s all put our heads together and work to make Molina great again. It’s really a great company to be a part of. If we try together and pray together- we can make this work
NO work to do... and you know who does even less work DS the supervisors you picked. They socialize. They talk on their cells.
I guess we are all just waiting it out.
Savor the flavor. I watched you tube for three months. Dint hit a lick of work and enjoyed it. Now I’m the new guy.
I feel like that skit in Office space. I do not work now....like nothing. My feet are up, yet they keep me! Unbelievable! When do I meet with the bobs??
Watch Office Space before your meeting with the Bob’s.
No, I haven't been asked to provide my job description. Heck, I've been wanting a copy of it myself cause it seems like my team does way more than we should for the health plan we work with.
But if you're being asked to provide your role and what you do on a daily, then it sounds like they are trying to see how many positions they can lump together and eliminate roles.
