Anyone know what's going on within the commercial side/clinical operations? At least 5 leadership positions were just terminated yesterday. Wondering if more layoffs are coming down the pike?

All associate director positions were eliminated. Supposedly our manager was told by the top brass that, "they aren't anticipating more layoffs for right now."
Sooo— the com side is now sinking? K, heads up y'all... the big rats leave, the little mice jump out...well, what does that tell you?
GET OUT NOW! Take care of yourselves, do what is right for you....and for once, don't buy the corp line of 'wellness' and 'caring' and all the bs they spew.

CRCM Rosters will be closed and those HCM’s will get HCCP rosters.
Looking at admin costs. My guess is they'll combine commercial and Medicare. Humana is a good company. Be flexible and make yourself valuable and you'll be fine.
What positions?
The company is being destroyed by corporate greed on the top levels.
