Bad thing, working more hours for less money. Wait until you break it down hours and see that with this new pay scale others are making more than you. I feel for new managers... more stress and less money. I’m coasting along making more than my manager. Oops work not done, sorry my shift is over and I’m going home. Have a great day!

You realize that this is being tested, only in select clubs. Half the things they test they do NOT go through with.

Salaried = bad thing. Same pay no matter how much you work. On call 24 7. Imagine 60-80 hours a week for the same pay.

My club manager also has indicated that marketing was going to be a salaried position in the near future.
