They say they want to be like Costco. Well Costco is closed EVERY HOLIDAY INCLUDING TODAY! THEY CLOSE EARLY ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. THEY DO NOT STAY OPEN LATE FOR THE HOLIDAYS. THEY DON'T WORK THEIR DSYS OFF ON A POINT SYSTEM. THEY DON'T HAVE BLOCK SCHEDULES. IF THEY WANT TO BE LIKE OSTCO THEN DO IT ALL THE WAY!

They go by Costco's successes not failures... Costco surely didnt do 100 million in sales by being closed on the 4th did they....
