Review hasn’t posted yet, and I am curious if it’s delayed by corporate or if simply SM hasn’t put them thru yet? And how bad are reviews/raises gonna be this year after last years “big raises”? And is there anyway to fight a review if you feel you deserve better?

Still nothing on MyHr.
Just an FYI... there was one year, I never got a review because my manager just kept putting it off. Got a small raise and ME, (saw via MyHr) but no actual review. That year only one person in our store actually got a review. So for everyone here, not all managers are forthcoming in giving out reviews. You may have to stick your neck out and ask for it.
It’s nice that HR moves at a snails pace. If we the stores moved at that pace anytime corporate wanted something, we’d catch major hell!
As a manager that put in my employees reviews and have also given them what their raises are, I can confirm that HR has not updated for my employees yet either. So, just because it isn’t showing in HR doesn’t mean you didn’t get a raise. Calm down people.
When I look at myhr it says for next yearly review no data available. I hope you are all right, and that they will be in the system on Sunday. Normally our pharmacy manager pulls us out and discusses it with us the leas week of June. This year we have a new pharmacy and store manager.
I posted earlier that my store has no Manager..... We just now got a new DM. On myHR it shows 2018 review skipped 2019 says next review 2020. So do they plan to give us back pay with our raise ???
It must be nice for those who have a manager who fights for you! In our store it’s always just “me” for everyone, because that’s easier and avoids any conversation with the DL. And THAT’S the sad part, that managers will do anything to avoid having to explain yourself to the DL.
I've been a tech for 4 years now and to even get get "EE" this year my manager fought the DL for it and had to put in extra things to prove that it is deserved
Check on myhr this Sunday. Previous poster correct, your DL should have done your reviews and submitted. Your raises should be viewable this Sunday. If not, consult your DL.
How is that possible? In the absence of a store manager, a store then becomes DL controlled until a new SM is named. So then your DL would do reviews.
My store has NO manager. We have had NO reviews and NO raise. Think you all have a problem ? Ha think again.
I saw this on the Walmart forum... A post, that someone had actually gotten an exceeds expectations, and it was posted and went thru. A district manager saw that this individual had gotten an "EE" and went to the store manager and told the SM, we don't give that rating out anymore, go back and change it and lower the rating. And the manager did just what the DM told them to do. Disgraceful is what it is. And I figure cvs is no different.
To be fair to the OP cvs doesn’t exactly promote a culture of rewarding good employees. They leave that to SM’s, which is fine, except then you have to justify to the higher ups why you gave out a higher rating to someone. Corporate just doesn’t trust store managers judgement calls.
Will be viewable on MyHR on Sunday.
So before u even see your review u are coiling up for a fight in disagreement . I can guess u are a low meets , just saying - very obvious
My review hasn’t posted yet on MyHr site. Curious why it hasn’t posted yet. And why I ask if the review could be fought, is because in all the many years I’ve been here at cvs, I’ve never been able to get a rating higher than “me”, no matter how hard I work or how good my service scores are, or no matter what I do for my store.
Yearly evaluations were ready to be shared with employees as of June 26th. Raises will be effective as of June 30th. You should be able to see your raise in myhr.cvs.com. Your supervisor will go over your evaluation with you and explain why they rated you as they did. Any disagreements should be covered then. Don't think you can get it changed.
