Are you surprised that the CIO replacing Chris Higgins (and now the interim one) was brought from BBVA in Texas? The amount of politics and backstabbing practices is so well implanted in USB, that this was inevitable! Nobody trusts anyone. The interim CIO couldn't just build a guiding coalition.
