Looks like about 150 people or so were laid off this past week. That brings the total since 6/1/2016 to 24,336. No end in sight. Keep looking folks.

There were other layoffs in addition to Dyn, and why would you assume m the media reports were correct. Did oracle issues a public release with the official number of people laid off? Of course not!
Once again, nothing stopping oracle from issuing a official public release with the number of people laid off by year and geo. What is oracle trying to hide. For all that we know TI’s number may be on the low side. Step up oracle and come clean!

It would be much easier if oracle did what every public company does and announced layoffs - numbers and timeframes. Why doesn’t oracle do that? What are they trying to hide and why?

It would of course make this all much easier if oracle followed the practice of every other public company and announced how many people they are laying off over which period of time. Why is that so difficult for oracle to do? What are they trying to hide and why?
