Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

Yet another quarter close...

Another round of loading back rooms at the direction of management, all in attempt to hit outrageous numbers to mislead shareholders into believing we are selling more product! It’s a cycle that won’t end!! Watch what happens now in July!! Shareholders are way smarter than that and our retail partners are too!!

Can’t wait to be done with all this soon!

I hope that rep was only joking. If not, he must by a real prick. Old timers could not be that cruel.

To report channel stuffing or other federal securities laws violations and qualify for an award under the SEC Whistleblower Program, the SEC requires that whistleblowers or their attorneys submit the tip online through the SEC’s Tip, Complaint or Referral Portal or mail/fax a Form TCR to the SEC Office of the Whistleblower. Prior to submitting a tip, whistleblowers should consult with an experienced whistleblower attorney and review the SEC whistleblower rules to, among other things, understand eligibility rules and consider the factors that can significantly increase or decrease the size of a future whistleblower award.

For more information about the SEC Whistleblower Program and how to report channel stuffing, download the eBook: Tips from SEC Whistleblower Attorneys to Maximize an SEC Whistleblower Award.

Loading back rooms is always fun especially enjoy doing it in stores I never have to merchandise in. Tough pill but the more bs I put my order writer thru the less work I actually have to do because he’s too busy working to write any orders for me. Even loading is a violation of not only the company’s own code of conduct but also SEC violation. They have been doing it for years and years, no way to run a business! They will figure it out....or not!

Do shareholders love $13.5 million in SEC violations? That doesn’t make me happy! Mondelez business practices violate the SEC regulations. I have proof! It will come back and bite them.
