We never have more than 4 people on the 4 Am shift except saturday. 2-3 of them do club pickup and the other one puts up the pallets the 2 people on 3pm shift dropped.
If it doesn’t get stocked on Sunday it’s gonna wait until the member asks for it and get a lift team during the day.
What a mess
I've been doing these shifts for well over a year and a half now. I don't remember the beginning, other than that it was rough, but we've learned how to make it work. I'm sure you guys will too
Exhausted, frustrated, and angry. I've had some bad days on 20 years but nothing like this past week.
Don't you think this was done to make people leave... They have the whip out constantly on you micro managing spreading you thin so that to will stress out and quit that's what I'm seeing. While they do it with a smile.
We are at least "40" associate short and they are STILL GRADUALLY LEAVING!

We’ve had 25 associates quit and the club is barley running.
It's a trainwreck.... they can shove that overtime right up where the sun doesn't shine. I clock out at 12:30 everyday.
4 hours really most of our club has at least 10 or more. Making 23.

Got 4 hours of OT on 18 dollar lead pay, feeling great, expecting to get yelled at on Monday.
