Still waiting for PTO, was part of last RIF this year. Humana hopes Care Managers will just go away with no severance for yrs. building HAH Program from the onset. Have members calling for assistance with getting medications from Humana Pharmacy. Only guidance that can be offered, call CS # on back of Humana ID card, per former members, hard to understand on the phone and keep switching to another department. Feel bad for the members as they are seniors, most do not have a computer and have a hard time hearing via phone. No wonder members are frustrated and confused. Open enrollment is approaching, always was advocate for members as well as Humana, now hoping members will make the best choice for them, done with promoting Humana Medicare Advantage Programs.
