I get the white badge position from Nike digital, any suggestions? Just want to survived and hopefully become a black badge, don't know if that is possible.

i was a white badge for a while but got treated like a 2nd class citizen. people will judge you by the color of your badge. i told them I still have a dream, a dream deeply rooted in the American dream – one day this company will rise up and live up to its creed, "We hold these truths to be self evident: that all men are created equal." - and for fired immediately because my dream was s-xist

Doesn't work. Nike has an army of a@@holes that are self serving and don't are if you have integrity. They certainly don't.
Quit - Nike isn't worth the heart ache.
Probably depends on what area you're in. My experience, it's tough, lots of hard work, took a while, but love where I landed.
