Has anyone heard anything about the alpharetta call center closing? I heard a rrumors bout it closing. Everyone that used to work in the basement has moved to building 1 and I have not seen any new hire classes. I also heard from the grape vine that the call center will be turned into a building 2 replica. Any information would help!

Fun fact, all billing and tech reps were pulled offline today for an hour long training for upcoming changes to ACSS that will be implemented in 1-2 weeks.
Seems a silly waste of company time and money to invest in that training if we're all toast before it would be implemented.

Rumor is with Alpha campus location not North point and after July 4th.

It’s still rumor, but people in positions to know are, and I quote “1000% sure” it’s true.
Tech reps will get a offer for HBA or will cut ties basically. If you are on any written or higher, pip or attendance, you will not be offered HBA. No severance packages will be offered. Dates was said after July 4th weekend they’ll make it official.

Yes, I heard this a few times around the Alpharetta tech support over the last two weeks. Not confirmed yet but the very strong hints are there. A peer says a very reliable source says the news should break with on the next two weeks.
What is building 2 replica? Nothing heard about your center but major rumor about Columbia closing. Patiently waiting here in Columbia.
