Safety violations have always been selectively enforced to weed out the management employees that are no longer deemed desirable. Sometimes their only fault is having a mind of their own. Failure to drink the Kool Aid is considered a serious offense.
I snapped pics of our OPs Mgr records that falsely logged attendance records, need to contact corporate, before you ask, it was OPs Mgr at store 51, she us very dishonest and had the backing of her SM
Sales of Dyson Hair Dryers will go down during the holidays because of this manager being let go.
That's a shame.
Good one
That’s an 85,000 dollars a year bag of Cheetos

Receiving associates snapped pics of him being unsafe
A volume stores are losing a key position as well.
Please can ops store #51, so many violations and lies she tells
And they won’t be offering any of these ASMs a severance. AND in many states they won’t be able to get unemployment if they are placed on a PIP, or let go for thing like safety.
Are you sensing the push out yet? Good luck to all of the ASMs out there. I’ll remain being just a little worker bee!
He made to much money anyways
@ZHS14YN-frb. You are absolutely right. They are doing that at high volume stores as well
Deerfield has always been a tough store. Who’s Ops there now? There has been so many there it’s unreal
No not Deerfield. Downers Grove.
Are you in a small volume store? Because if so it makes sense. They have a goal of eliminating small store ASM roles to put a lower hourly Ops Sup in that position.
Their goal is to have 75% of the small stores to have this position converted by October. The remaining 25% get to keep theirs based off of high seasonal sales, potential moves, or because their was a district support staff that was placed in that store with the last restructuring initiative.
Please be it from Store 32?!
