Do longevity matter with the shifts we will take? Or no
I'm a 32 year associate with sams will I get morning shift because I'm displaced?
Promotions and job placement based on seniority is about the stupidest thing any company can do.
Seniority was a one time thing. If a position becomes available it will be up for grabs for anyone who is interested.
I don't think it's a guaranteed AM shift. Seniority was only a factor with the first change to block scheduling. It'll probably depend on your clubs head count.
