Specialty departments like H&W will get a minimum of 17 an hour. Optical Manager raise starting at 23 an hour. Pharmacist salary will also go up based on how long they've been at Wal-mart/Sams. They will also be dropping around 2 manager positions per club and giving Team Leads more responsibility. This will happen around Q3.
Q4 will see associate raises up to 14 minimum an hour to compete with other businesses. But no compensation for the long time associates who are currently getting paid more.
