@1odo , here’s the problem Millennial (BTW, the previous statement is meant as humor). When you use the wrong word it changes the meaning and, therefore, makes you appear stupid. You meant ascent (i.e., climbing) but you wrote accent, which has more to do with the pronunciation of spoken words. You then doubled-down on your ignorance by writing decent, meaning moral, rather than descent, which means dropping or falling.
I fully expect this post to be wiped clean and censored by the moderators of this forum because it is no longer acceptable in this modern world for calling out a mo--n for his mo--nic statements.
Go right ahead. Continue this downward spiral, in an effort not to hurt feelings and promote id--ts expressing themselves.

@1zcr ... I believe that is from the EOY 2018 program that moves into this year as well. Remains to be seen if there is an offer to reduce another ~10,000 employees.
