Those jobs went to Manila. Very very sad! I’m in consumer direct first mortgage and was notified hone equity underwriting was getting kicked off in Manila later this year.
Depends whether you are willing to risk it. Just make sure you have savings of 1 year ideally (6 months is a joke). Look, there's always a chance of layoffs. While it's not officially an recession yet, all that media news and trade wars encourages panic and increases chance of one happening.
So good time to buy a home or wait?
