I've been with JPMC for 13 years, what do I have to look forward to if they RIF me?

Yeah, I've been through one with Chase. You get 2 weeks for every year you've been here paid out as a lump sum. If you find new replacement job at Chase you dont accept the severance and if you dont find work at Chase you keep it. Some cuts are a working notice usually 45 to 90 or you get cut that day. Mine was 45 day so I had time to either accept severance or find new job within Chase, which I did. Almost lost it today but still here, phew, survived another Thursday!
