New Hires starting at higher wages

It is very disappointing to learn that people are being hired in at higher hourly wages than tenured employees doing the same jobs. It's disrespectful and hurtful!!!

The base pay should be the same for everyone but some people will get credits which gives them a bump on pay. That’s based of work experience.

This is what the company is all about. Screwing over the associates who have knowledge and time from over the years to bring in new blood at a higher rate who will simple quit after six months.

But don't you worry if your below the minimum they will raise you up to the new base minimum so you (who may have been here for a few years) and the new associate off the street are making the same pay.

TY for your service.
