Is there anybody here who can identify anything positive to come out of all the changes that have been implemented in the past year?
Anything that you could point to and say, yes this is much better and it's made us a better organization than we were before?

I can report something positive. I dont work there anymore.... I was surplused in Feb. And I thought my life would change so much. Guess what? You keep going, you see what a mind f%$# they were doing to us. All i wanted was to get back to my job and now i would do anything to make sure i never go back there. 38 years of my life, however I would say 32 of it was good..... the last 6 were not so good, the last 2 were horrible. I feel blessed for the career I had, but I would not advise anyone to work there. If you have a lot of service get out, life will continue, you will feel better and live longer. So I can say Randall can suc it
Let's see...copper $ux, cell service $ux, DTV $ux, DTV now $ux even worse, business office $ux, customers are pi$$ed before we even get to their driveway, 1st net is a joke, 5 gheee whiz really!?!, Our systems seem to go out on a daily basis every time the dream team does a patch download. Hey we did have some cool commercials during the final 4. I'd say yeah we're doing a lot better.

I don't think of "we" when I think of the company. The company has made it clear I am just a cost. So I see the company as a paycheck; nothing more. Yes, I am better off than I was a year ago just by understanding that.

Sorry to say that you are narrow minded this is no longer the Company your parents/grandparents worked for.
