In Mexico there are many telephony operators, such as Telcel, Movistar, Virgin and AT & T. Interestingly, the latter seems to have the worst service of all, as an investigation revealed that it is the company that most people complain about slamming unauthorized change of telco carrier, and delaying portability for those leaving AT&T, way to go Randall. PAY UP!!!

I get the impression that Slam and Cram was the business model to execute in Mexico, how we were to get a foothold into Mexico. Contract out boiler rooms known for such practices to find that business, then pay fines that are lesser than the total profit, then retain the customer over the long haul. Not much of a business model there, huh, Thaddeus?
