Someone is not doing things right even after been told by contractors
Best control rec'd here would be to use VOIP with a USB headset, not sure how well S works in that regard. My experience is that Webex works great but is not used here.
In one of the compliance courses we take every year, I forget which one, we are taught very explicitly never to use personal equipment for WF business. It’s not considered secure. I specifically remember being instructed never to email WF work to personal email. In my group, contractors complete the training. If contractors are being told to use personal equipment it goes against that policy.
If I were in that position I would make sure I kept any written instructions to use my own equipment. If I received verbal instructions to do so I would note it and confirm it in an email (paper trail). CYA all the way.
It means only use WF equipment for WF business; i.e. dont shop, email personal stuff, etc.
You should be working inside a WF office and use a land line rather than working remote and using tour cell phone.
Was sent to the personal email of contractors ...so no blurb about exceptions....the usual WF deliberate stuff ....stuff for which they are paying huge fines. I can guarantee if this is exposed...there will be more trouble....for WF

The message from wf was sent to these contractors - the one indicated in the original text here.
They are CONTRACTORS, they are not WF employees.......complain about something legitimate
