As posted by a contractor in these forums the managers in Internal Audit who are responsible for investigating criminal fraud and illicit activities are asking their contractors to work long hours without overtime pay. This must be reported to the OCC immediately for them to write up a consent order and fine them. No more fraud!!!

Funnily enough, our work has increased to about 60 hours a week, the new Manager knows it, and we still charge only for 40. And the team lead - one from before.....is another clueless person.

This illegal activity is continuing full swing in the department that manages Governance for application reviews and change approvals. A new Manager has emerged from the Trex area and is clueless.
Is anyone an indentured slave to WF? I think not. Find another position and quit working for WF. WF will continue to squeeze every last penny of time and resources from consultants until they scream! Move on and find something else to do. Not trying to be rude but I’ve seen so many posts like this and you have the power to change it.

The contractors should anonymously give an interview to a newspaper or TV station behind a dark screen and their voices blurred.
