Wow, DXC can sink even lower ! The so called HR executive (with no expertise what so ever) is proving not to be close to any leadership capability by engaging on such forums... embarrassing. If i hadn‘t decided to leave I would have now chosen the express way after seeing the many poor language posts. Shame on this so called executive council to spend time on this rather than finally stepping out and give the leas to leaders with business understanding. What they are accountable for is so unheard off that people who have not seen it happening can not imagine. Dear Board of Directors - you should start some deep dives and get a real HR leader, lay off the napoleon syndrome plagued S.David so you at least can get a couple $ for the delivery unit and the few clients that were not able to get a capable supplier! Are you not worried such a destroyed workforce can get DXC sued for gross negligence? How can you look at the mirror employing such incapable managers (cant even call them leaders!) destroying your own capital ? Lets not even bring up the question of integrity or how disrespectful clients and employees are being treated.

DXC could then move to smaller premises, perhaps over the local mini mart or above the launderette and advertise and start selling its digital offerings on eBay.
Iam not sure the non digital part of dxc (ie the non cloud bit) would be worth selling. They’d get more selling the kit at auction.

Accenture renamed SMAC to DIGITAL......Computers are NOT DIGITAL.You are confusing terminology. Secondly, the other guy is spreading rumors. DXC is not going to sell off anything to HCL. This is you just with sour grapes. If you both are so unhappy, then just quit.
Saying keep the digital part is crazy, ALL OF IT is Digital --> computers are DIGTIAL . You mean sell off the non consulting part and keep everything that DXC is not good at. Great plan!
