Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Leads Block Scheduling Floor, Fresh, Front end.

Who knows what changes will come tomorrow? We work retail and as leaders we know changes come daily with this company. Really hope home office understands family is first. Don't wish anyone with family or not to close daily. Rotation is the only way to take care of business needs and family needs. 30 years with this company and I do love working here also love my fellow associates. Please be fair to everyone. Even though I will love my early shifts and my preferred days off. I feel bad for the ones that have to close daily and not able to have a family life. Why would you want to create havic with your associates? You are creating Jealousy and back stabbing with your associate. We are supposed to be a team! Home Office put your feet in our shoes.

Well said, totally agree with you. This only works for the a.m. people who say it is a company decision. Let's see what they say now that they have to close. I think everyone should close at least one night, then be off the following day to recover, then back to their day schedule. Everyone needs a taste of this, and why not? Isn't this open availability?
