Allegedly there will be a segment where they tour all the VPs homes. It’ll be like MTV cribs: The Walmart Edition.

Wonder if our CEO DM has Swimming pool filled with money.

Without customers you do not have a business. Without employees you have to do all the work yourself. Share the work. Share the wealth.

I understand change can be good for a company however can too much change too quickly be a bad thing? Can confusion occurr both within and outside the company?

How important is a job title? Does a job title make sense when you change jobs? Does a job title adequately represent what a person does or did at a former job?

Did the companies that restructured in the 1990s survive today?

Does anyone know how much money Wal-Mart employees spend in Wal-Mart stores? I guess you could find out by tracking employee discount cards.

Wish there were shareholders rich enough that would start a retail store that could possibly profit with old discarded Wal-Mart employees who would like to be loyal to an employer. Can not promise great profits so would have to just want to start something of their own. Risky I know!

I agree a company needs to be profitable to remain in business however can it also be loyal to their employees who have been loyal to them and would like to work for Wal-Mart for many years to come.

Is Wal-Mart so profitable because of increase customers and sales or increase prices and less employees? Why bring in new employees when you have loyal employees doing the work that do not want to be replaced?

CEO wanted to know what Sam would say he should read Sam Walton Made in America My story. One of the quotes from the book is: " Those who get greedy are going to be left in the dust.". Sam Walton's words. Another quote from Sam Walton Made in America my story: "a lot of American management has bent over too far forward taking care of itself first, and worrying about everybody else later." " Some of these salaries I see out there are completely out of line, and everybody knows it." Sam Walton's words. That is what Sam would say.
