You should hear how senior management talks about the staff. They refer to them as id--ts, wastes of time etc....this is in all departments. These so called leaders are nothing but harrassind and dehumanizing bullies. The time has come for middle class workers to stand up for themselves and speak their mind and let the press know exactly how JPM operates. Karma s---s, and the worst kind for JPM is a bad reputation for everyone to see.
