When do the points fall off? Do they fall off 6 months prior to the day or so they all fall off in 6 months?

Pfffft, the points system is a joke at our club.
We already have people that are well over 5.0
Management won’t fire them because they literally can’t get people to apply.
Lots of fun when I get screwed over and am expected to open both the meat department and rotisserie.
How the hell do you even get enough points to get fired. It’s so lenient.
If you are worried about that then you are one of the reasons the point system was a implemented. The sooner you are gone the better. The only people you hurt when u miss work is your coworkers. HO COULD GUVE A RATS ARSE if you miss they do t have to deal with it
If you just show up when you're scheduled you don't have to worry about points. I am not a company shill, but I am just tired of getting sh-- all over by people who can't seem to make it to work. It just screws everybody else who has to then pick up the slack. And its the same people over and over and over.
I thought it was every 3 months?
Its a rolling 6 months. Which means the first one drops off 6.months after you acquired it
