Is Confirm!! They want all the reps that where around when we use to make 4K plus out of the business. They want to bring new reps that never saw checks like that and pay them a higher hourly and eventually just quarterly bonuses. They are using In store pick ups Tmp and voice to fire ppl to avoid the lay offs. You managers can’t save you the Midwest has seen the Most reps Asm and gm getting fire. Loyalty is a joke metrics are lies and leader board means nothing. Good luck to everyone!!!

They change the complain and roll part of it into base pay, then new hires coming into the roll will never notice the difference while they wait it the vets by attrition

Kudos to the OP!! It proves there’s someone out there who actually wants to make a change, which is possible, and indeed is in sight. The OP pretty much raiser those unseen curtains & what’s cookin in the background, which is absolutely true. Thanks ao much for brining light on the matter, but the only thing u missed upon was bringing in people (younger & “obedient” ones) dffrnt stores to either then giving packages and/or shifting them around without their consent whcih can possibky become a legal matter as well. People like u are great, plz bring more info, it all makes sense now.
You obviously don’t know how to maximize and make money. You concentrate on sales dollars and you can still make 4K checks. And I have never heard anyone get fired other then Attendance and if you steal. You need to learn how to sell.

Can you elaborate on " it has been cinfirmed"? Not that I haven't seen signs of it, with all the changes but do you have concrete info on what's to come?
Definitely feels that way. New reps one miss the 70-80k check they'll be happy making 40-50k max
