Why do we have to opt in or out in week 17 but the staffing (potentially having to work at multiple stores) will not be announced until week 18? Other associates who are interested will be able to apply week 18 and be able to make an informed decision. Dealing with two or more stores (two sets of managers/varying expectations) could determine whether or not someone is interested. They announced the people lead at the beginning of the year and yet we still don't know any of the important details. Why would anyone put in for a job that is so mysterious?

Staffing for each store is available on the people lead platform. Amp task already available for next week
Opting in/out is for the severance timeline, nothing to do with an application for the position. A lot of the position info is available to all who seek to read it on the wire.
Because some of us trust Walmart to do right and some of us want the experience and challenges and almost all of those who do apply passionately love what it's call about.
