Heard that the top HR guy will be gone by the end of this year. Anyone else hear that?

You will NEVER have an advocate in HR for the employees. They are there to serve the company.
I don't see that he had any impact that was helpful for any employees, let him move on.
We need an advocate for us, benefits are shrinking and we are making more money than ever. They are pressuring us to change customer opinions but give us no tools to make it work.
ALL the higher ups are leaving for a reason. They steered this ship right into the iceberg and now its sinking. I dont see verizon lasting longer than 10 more years and that is being generous.

Why insult a bag of rocks? Unlike HR, a bag of rocks is useful. Even if only used as a paper weight.
What about that Erwin chick. They keep shuffling her around and making new jobs for her but she is as worthless as a bag of rocks. She just gets driven around and posts on Linked In all day while earning the salary of 200 employees. Worthless.
This was announced via email/web last week. Is this someone else?
No, but thanks for sharing such fun news. Let us know if / when it happens! (Seriously, thanks!)
