Seriously, where have you been in the past several years/decade? If things can be outsourced, they will be outsourced. They can't do it all at once, but they've been doing it continuously and very consistently for a long time.
Do you really think Wells Fargo will suddenly grow a conscience and decide to stop?
Basically, stop asking questions you already know an answer for. If your position is outsourcable, start looking for a new job.
People are worried about losing their jobs, for one thing.
People are not born knowing how corporations or shareholder supremacy work is another.
And, sadly, a lot of people didn't know that a reality TV show actor and well known Manhattan con man was just winging it when he promised to M A G A.
Personally, I think some dude in India has just as much right to a job as I do, but I do wish American companies, especially the ones who use classic American West themes in their marketing were held to the fire for being full of dog-sheegies.
