I honestly love my job. I don’t know where the hate is coming from? We don’t have to be productive and the managers don’t have to hold people accountable anymore it’s a win win. I truly hated hitting goals and targets always having activities tracked, now I just show up and do what I want when I want. Wells Fargo is where it needs to be losing revenue and cutting expenses to improve profit. I also love our 401k match proud to be a team member.
What a joke. I worked hard and did my best work at Wells Fargo and was rated 4.50 consistently. I never ever took my position with Bank for granted. What was my payback? A lay-off notice for 10 years of service. Then there are these arrogant no good for nothing team members bragging about their lack of decency or respect for their positions. No wonder this bank is failing. Corporations are as strong as their weakest link. KARMA
WF is a great place to work team. If your are not talented at sales and want a good base salary WF is the place to be. Zero accountability. HR can’t fire anyone for performance issues. As long as your nice to customers and have sound risk management you make great money and decent benefits. I repeat zero production is required! Look if your at another bank and being pressured to sell products/services Lose the stress and come to WF and just be nice to customers “we put you at the center of everything we do”
I am a former branch manager and stepped down 3 years ago to be a premiere banker trust me I’ve seen it all (9 years with the company) I love my job now, I literally sit at my desk I don’t do anything except service clients then I tell my manager I am leaving the branch “potential business opportunity” My manager gives me the look me, god and him know there’s nothing he can do about it. I go home sleep or d--k around for 3 hours then come branch to the branch to do nothing again. I generate Zero revenue for this bank and still get to go to stars Recognition events 😂😂😂😂 I make 90k a year to sleep and be nice to customers no complaints here. #wellslife!

Heres some context of my day as a current team member at Wells Fargo. I just ate lunch then sh-- my pants and threw it on the floor. Two reasons for that one Wells Fargo loves lazy employees and two there is no more accountability anymore.
