I currently love my position at Humana. However, HAH was awful and I switched. Best decision. My dept is very happy with their jobs so try a different role

I am not paid to say good things, I am not in PR, there are other departments in Humana where people are happy with their jobs, I like my job. Perhaps you need to ask what those departments are and try to transfer up into them, not all Humana is hccp or SNP, those are just two programs of many

Heads up original poster. Humana stock is falling like a lead butterfly fart balloon. Lol, By the way, this site is patrolled by Humana PR employees who are paid to write stupid pro Humana comments and spin the negative narrative pro Humana. Anyone who has anything good to say about Humana on this site is generally paid to say it. Just another example of management underhandedness

I was laid off over year ago and watch this site since several friends in various departments and levels of supervisory positions are still there.

I was happy to be laid off. The person who started thread is right In everything they say and NO not because I am bitter being laid off. I am extremely happy at new position. They post is on point and if you think all changes are due to guidelines of Medicare and CMS I have some lakefront property to sell you in-the Sahara area. That is the” reason” they spew out to appease the gullible like you. Take off those blinders

Humana is not all hccp or SNP. There are other departments that people are quite happy at doing their jobs. And to your comments about not having empathy to co workers? It’s a business. If you don’t like it, the changes, the direction, the rules, leave. It’s not what it was because CMS changes their guidelines, as does Medicare, yearly, those are the changes we see reflected in our roles, more documentation, more surveys, etc.....part of that is due to reimbursement and part of it since we are telephonic support, all departments are asking more questions and doing more. Stop blaming Humana and realize it’s the guidelines they follow for reimbursement so you can get paid and get your bonus. Humana has lots of other departments and programs other than hccp and SNP, and , yes, some of us are quite happy , so stop judging us, bashing us or criticizing us

You sound like you are a very happy soul, mean one. At least I can observe this much. You have indoctrinated yourself with the mean, heartless, unempathetic Humana culture. No one is happy there. They are just desperate to have a job and just keep sa low profile since they are afraid to speak up in team meetings! Worst job ever. The employees and members are suffering!

Retraction.... that previous post was to the one that said they were happy.... not Kudos... How can you be happy seeing every employee around you and every member we serve being given poor treatment?
