For the first time in a long time I am excited about things my organization is doing. We had a townhall and they told us we need to sell CRU. Everyone thought great, another thing we have to sell. Then the craziest thing happened, They had this lady named Amy from NBTT something speak. She was very positive and energetic and she has a team that does everything CRU to help people? Hold the phone! Did the company finally figure out we need help? Where have they been hiding this awesome team and leader? I am Scared to admit I am hopeful.

The question is, what was being pumped into that air you breathed during that meeting.
The last time AT&T did something right we still carried the SBC name.
In all the years since, I've seen absolutely nothing to be neither proud of nor excited about.
As a result, I wouldn't get too excited about anything this company does under Randall Stephenson.
