The Siamese twins and technology has beens oracle and IBM don’t get to compete for pentagon’s $10bn cloud program; only AWS and MSFT will. Well, that’s a pretty good indication of who does cloud and who doesn’t, now isn’t it! Well past then the time to fire the 3 stooges. Oracle is dead, dead, dead! Sell, sell, sell!

Pretty clear that the Pentagon has signaled to the world who the real cloud compniea are — AWS and MSFT - and who the wannabes are: Google, IBM and ORACLE. Not something the 3 stooges can easily explain away. Investors take notice: if you own oracle stock you own a has been with no future. Your stock is going from $50 to $5, buckle up or maybe better -SELL!
