Nothing but bad news since the new management takeover in the CX and CMS orgs. In the past three months, the following has happened:

Management stopped approving on call pay entirely

Salary freezes for all employees below G12 (even with a strong Q1 and Q2 so far)

Employees are being asked to work extra hours + odd shifts to cover up for poorly performing offshore engineers
As if these changes aren’t bad enough, there’s already rumors of major restructuring that will impact the majority of CX.
