Our sales have dropped severely, compared to last year , when we were told we were doing good. We all hope an improvement in sales is going to come, but so far it’s worse month by month. How long do you think the management will tolerate the sudden drop in sales before we become a candidate for closure?

It comes down to if the club makes or loses money, if your club is making money you should be safe.
I would say a couple years at least. It has to be a pattern.
