Thread regarding Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) layoffs

Severance Package Slash = More Layoffs?

Well, now they're slashing our severance packages effective immediately. Safe to say that means even more layoffs are coming? (Oh sorry, I mean "career transitions plans.")

P.S. I've heard Thursdays are when they've been making most layoffs. Can anyone confirm?

Let's be real, Daffron and Jabbour are just gonna flip us within 5 years anyway. They're gonna gut us and squeeze as much money out of us as they can in the meanwhile. Greedy capitalistic a--holes.

If you haven't started looking for a new job yet, you're an id--t.

A) D&B pays Sh*t

B) The whole company is going down the toilet. (Wake up people, D&B barely has anything to offer anymore. So many other companies do it better.)

C) D&B couldn't care less about your tenure or loyalty.

Reminder that you were all told today that your loyalty to the company is worth half of what it was worth yesterday. This last year was filled with horrible uncertainty. Many opted to stay and work hard to help them turn the company around. This was due to the security of the severance package. It’s time to go.

Thursday does seem to be a common day. Tomorrow would be a full day after the policy change to avoid any ambiguity. Buckle up!

Have you heard which departments and/or locations are going to be hit next? If the morale wasn't low before, it definitely is now!
