Why is everyone so concerned with the new point system? Key dates? Etc etc.. just go to work when you are scheduled and you'll be fine! 🙄🙄🙄

You need to score lot'sa points otherwise you can't win. Ever here of anyone winning 3-6.
Totally agree. The last thing I need is to be exposed to someone coughing, hacking, and snotting all over the place, coming to work because they don't have PPTO. Ohio associates started out with zero PPTO. I'm part time, and so far I've only accrued 7.95 hours. It was better the other way.
@OP I guess the question you should be asking is if you want to be on the floor with someone with the flu because they didn't want to use PPTO.
