So now with the new blocking schedule coming out have you noticed people being moved around? What I have seen is some being moved out of the department where they would be working the late shift being moved to another department where they would have the early shift. Okay let's keep taking care of our friends and not be fair, it is what it is.

Who the heck is birching I'm stating the obvious. I know cross training is happening, been happening im talking takin people out of positions that they are good at replacing them with their favorites so the Change doesn't effect them it is what it is let the Change happen freeze people in their positions. Not make your friends comfy
@enk it is not cross training when you a deliberately changing someone's position so they will get the opening shifts just because they are a favorite of management.
cross training, everyone is going to be cross trained to cover different areas of the the club "for better member experience "
