BYOD huge pro: Update your Facebook status and just tell the manager or team lead who is watching you all the time you were doing OYI.

Turn it up, more like be sure to silent your phone and when using try to be close to a member so it looks like you are "Happy to help" that member.

Become besties with the Cellphone salespersons, and if asked why are you hanging out at the kiosk, well need to charge my phone so I can use BYOD.

Cons: I have been told Walmart can see what you’re doing on your phone if you install BYOD. They can see the websites you visit, your text messages, and what you do on your apps. So if you install BYOD, don’t do anything on your personal phone that you wouldn’t do on a company computer.

That’s just what I’ve been told though. I’m unsure how true that is.

Yep. Read the fine print. You give Wal-Mart Access to your phone. You now lose your privacy

Cons outweight the benefits for sure....

They don't need to supply us with the tools to do our jobs. BAM! Profits improved at the expense of the little people.

But follow along little puppets

Con: No additional discounts on your cellphone bill. And if you have unlimited data you get zero discount.
